You might be wondering, how do I know I am ready to attend a JumpStart? If you can answer "yes" to the following, you're ready!!!
If you are unsure, please contact Enrollment Services at 1-800-879-5376 and ask to speak with your Admissions Counselor.
I have been officially admitted to Judson University.
I have signed and submitted the Lifestyle Statement.
I have submitted the $400 Enrollment Deposit.
I have completed the Housing Reservation Form and have submitted the $150 deposit (if applicable).
I am an architecture student. The Division of Art, Design and Architecture contract and $500 department deposit have been submitted.
Checklist for JumpStart:
1. Deposits to the university have been paid (enrollment, housing and Architecture deposit (if applicable)) and I have confirmed my major with my admissions counselor.
2. I will have a physical exam which will be dated within one year from the first day of classes (Tuesday, August 26th). (If you have incomplete medical records, you will not be able to attend/start courses on the first day of class).
3. I have my completed pre-entrance medical record and submitted it to Judson University. This includes the date of my last tetanus/diptheria booster as well as dates for two measles/mumps/rubella immunizations.**
4. I have filled out the green insurance form regarding health insurance with Judson. If I am interested in Judson's health insurance plan, I will indicate this with the Health Services department on JumpStart. If I am planning to use my own health insurance, I will need to bring my original insurance card for verification purposes as well as providing a copy of it (front and back) for recording purposes.**
5. I am an incoming freshman student. I will need to contact my high school to request that an official transcript with my graduation date be mailed to Judson University in a sealed envelope (If an official transcript is not received before the first day of classes, a hold will be placed on your account).
6. I am an incoming transfer student. I will need to contact all institutions I have attended with conferred degrees and dates (if applicable) in a sealed envelope to Judson University. (If an official transcript is not received before the first day of classes, a hold will be placed on your account).
7. I have signed and submitted my financial aid award letter.**
8. I have signed and submitted my housing questionnaire form.**
